Menu Plan Monday

I’ve been doing weekly meal planning for a number of years off and on and found that it’s really the only way I can make sure to have enough ingredients on hand to make and eat family meals each night.  Lately, I’ve been struggling with finding the time to sit down each week to get the meal plan done.  So, as an experiment, I’m giving monthly meal planning a try in March.  I’ll be writing more about it on Tuesday, but for now, here is what I think we’ll be eating this week:

Chili (from the freezer), Homemade Bread, Bananas

Crockpot Lasagna, Breadsticks, Peas

Veggie Stir Fry, Rice

Spinach Egg Quiche, Fruit, Homemade Wheat Bread

Meat Loaf, Potatoes, Green Beans

Taco Casserole, Tostitos, Corn

In A Hurry Pork Chops, Salad, Garlic Bread
